From our Winter Garden, a crystal structure built in the heart of Cerro Alegre there is an amazing view. Here are the aromas and flavors of a delicious breakfast, the pleasure of a good cup of coffee and the warmth of a glass of wine. It is a space for a lovely conversation, to read a fine book or soak in the silence of a view that soars from sea through city to sky. |

On the lower terrace is a Jacuzzi pool, created for relaxation after a full day of walking and stairclimbing. |

BREAKFAST
Each morning the Winter Garden receives the travelers from ZERO HOTEL with the new day light and the aroma of Chilean nature. It is the breakfast of the house, which includes fresh fruits, natural juices and homemade marmalade. It is a breakfast in front of the ocean, lights and hills of the port. If you prefer breakfast at your room, just leave us a message in your door.
HONESTY BAR
Near the Living Room we find the Honesty Bar. Whenever you want or like, the passenger can have a glass of wine or his favorite drink. The expenditure will be taken down in the bar book and a token sum will appear in the bill at the moment of check out.
MASSAGES
Contact our staff to coordinate a session of 45 minutes or one hour. It is a deserved gift after a long journey or an intense day of walking.
GUIDED TOURS
If the passenger prefers to visit the city in company of a guide, ZERO HOTEL has selected the best ones of the place. All of them are bilingual and they can trace an unforgettable route for you in the middle of the hills, the architecture, the history and the local culture of the port.
SAFETY
We have arranged a series of elements to provide the safety that our passengers deserve. The house offers the following services: two properly indicated emergency exits (see enclosed map), all bedrooms have smoke detectors and in the hallways there are fire alarms that passengers can activate if necessary. |

HOTEL ZERO proposes you to inhabit Valparaiso trough a non massive space. That is why; the house only has nine bedrooms. Four of them greet the bay. The others face the hills and its exquisite architecture. They are unique bedrooms of spaces of 4,15 meters of height and an average of 28m2. All bedrooms have private bathrooms, cable and LCD television, Wi-Fi, telephone and soft Egyptian cotton bed linen made of 400 strings and for the bathroom clothing 600grs. These are warming details that welcome you to perform, starting from ZERO HOTEL, an intimate trip towards the essence of the port and discovering the mystery of the city with a feeling of being at your own home. |

1) Cancellations less than 72 hours before your schedule arrival, or no shows will forfeit the prepayment.
2) Cancellations more than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival will be charged a USD 10 processing fee.
3) In the case of a refund for cancellations more than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival your credit card will be credited your prepayment less the
