1) Cancellations less than 72 hours before your schedule arrival, or no shows will forfeit the prepayment.
2) Cancellations more than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival will be charged a USD 10 processing fee.
3) In the case of a refund for cancellations more than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival your credit card will be credited your prepayment less the
USD 10 charge (point 2 above) within 5 business days.
